A photograph is life distilled and preserved for eternity. An expressive face, a fleeting moment in nature, an abstract shape- these are the fundamentals of photography. A photograph conveys, in a way no words can, a sense of the mystery and beauty of life, nature, and the achievements of mankind. A photograph is something anyone can create. Below are some great pictures I took from my photography class. These were taken on our field trip to the South Coast Botanical Gardens in Palos Verdes Peninsula, CA.
Groups of pictures may look alike but look closer...they are not. Pictures were taken with different aperture. Aperture is controlling the amount of light reaching the image sensor by ways of your camera lens. This affects the depth of vision and change the perception of your background of your pictures.
